Tipshade is a football modelling site at tipshade.com. These terms cover use of the site. We may update them as the product changes.

What Tipshade is

We publish match lines where our model sees a difference against bookmaker prices, shown next to a UK book price. Official accumulators, a draft slip, and a public ledger of settled lines are also on the site.

Tipshade is not a bookmaker, betting intermediary, or gambling operator. We do not accept stakes, hold customer funds, or settle bets.

What the numbers are not

Probabilities, fair odds, and “edge vs book” are model estimates against a captured price. They are not advice to bet, a tip that a result will happen, or a guarantee of profit. Past ledger results do not mean future lines will win.

Who the site is for

The site is intended for people aged 18 or over in the United Kingdom. Do not use it if you are under 18.

Your use of the site

• Do not scrape, overload, or try to break the service.
• Draft slips live in your browser. Clearing site data removes them.
• Share cards and copied text are for personal use. Do not present them as a bookmaker’s odds or as a sure thing.

Bookmakers and commercial links

Book names and prices on the board are captured market data, not an endorsement. If we later add tracked links to licensed UK operators, those operators’ own terms will apply to any account you open. We do not currently pay or receive payment for sign-ups.

Availability

Lines can change, drop off the board, or be wrong. The site may be down, delayed, or incomplete. We do not accept liability for decisions you make using it.
